What if there was a science to relationships? Well as it turns out there is!
There are specific strategies we use to adapt to less then optimal situations in our relational development. Those strategies often end up holding us back in our adult life. The good news is that you can re-pattern your attachment system and discover healthy relationships.
The social nervous system (pictured on the right in blue) needs to receive the right experiential cues to reprogram the attachment system. Diane Poole Heller developed a highly effective method for working with the attachment system which she calls the Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning Experience or DARe for short.
Daniel teaches Diane’s DARe, Somatic Attachment work. He is a total attachment and neuroscience geek who also studies the work of various other attachment experts. The most well known among them are authors Allan Schore and David Wallin.
